International Bionics Award 2010

At the German Federal Foundation for Environmental Issues (Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt, DBU), in the course of the Bionics Economic Forum, young scientists Markus Hollermann (26, Ankum) and Felix Förster (23, Berlin) were yesterday evening presented with the “International Bionics Award 2010”, endowed with 10.000 €, for their work at Bremen University of Applied Sciences. The prize for upcoming scientific talent has been awarded for the second time this year by the Schauenburg Foundation as a member of the Association for the Promotion of Science and Humanities in Germany, cooperating with the Association of German Engineers (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure, VDI) and the DBU.
